I had an excellent experience at Hawks Prairie vision center from start to finish. The staff was welcoming, efficient, and genuinely attentive. The entire process—from check-in to the eye exam was smooth and well-organized.
The provider took the time to thoroughly explain everything, answered all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. I never felt rushed, which is something I truly appreciate.
The office was clean, modern, and well-maintained, and the selection of frames was great as well. Overall, the level of care and professionalism exceeded my expectations.
Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality eye care and outstanding customer service!
